We need the space to work efficiently and safely, and cannot be liable for others’ safety, including children and pets. If distractions impact our work pace, we may charge for additional time spent on the job.
How many people will clean my home?
The number of cleaners depends on the size of your home and your specific needs. We can send a single cleaner, a team of two, or a team of three. If you are paying by the hour, the rate is charged per cleaner per hour.
What happens if something is damaged during cleaning?
While we take the utmost care in your home, accidents can occasionally happen. Rest assured, we are fully insured, and our team is covered by Workers’ Compensation. If something is accidentally broken, we’ll leave a note and arrange for a replacement or compensation. For items with high sentimental or monetary value, we prefer not to handle them. Additionally, our staff avoids cleaning fragile electronics like plasma screens or computers, and we aren’t responsible for pre-existing or improperly secured items.

If we need to spend significant time organizing items before starting the cleaning, additional charges may apply to cover the extra time spent on this task.
